They are almost psychic haha;) I gave them a very general idea of what I wanted and they put it all together like magic. They also did not waste time, which is a very common problem with other web designers. Most are overworked and cannot offer the level of service and speed they promise initially. I did not have that problem with bestwebsitesdesigner.com ever. They delivered what they promised from the very beginning.
