One can easily upload the files by merely entering the URL address on the web browser window.  Browser is typically established by default on most of the graphical operating system. The browser will automatically hook up to the FTP server and will prompt for login password.  One need not necessarily have an account with the server to download the files; one may login as “unidentified user” with email address as the password or else can login with the username and password if available.

Server’s current information bank and list of files are easily accessible once the user is logged on.
